What can you supply?
Parts USA are a General Motors parts supplier, which means we can supply anything that is available through General Motors in the United States. This includes parts for the following makes:
We can also supply parts for American Chrysler, Dodge, Ford and Lincoln vehicles.
Use the Part Enquiry form to check price/availability. Please note: Some parts for older vehicles may be discontinued. Where possible, we will give alternative options for these parts.
How long will it take for my part to arrive?
When you enquire about a part, we will quote an estimated delivery time. Parts in stock are generally delivered in 2-3 working days. Many special order parts are also available in 2-3 days, although we will give a better estimate when we reply to your enquiry.
How will my part be sent?
The vast majority of packages we send in the UK go out by next working day courier. Occasionally we will use Royal Mail to send low value items.
Can I come and collect my part?
Yes! You can come and collect your parts from our Parts Department. The address can be found on the Contact Us page. Please Note: Payment for collected parts must be taken in person at time of collection.
Are parts supplied with any sort of warranty?
Parts are supplied with a full GM 2 year warranty. Some exclusions apply. Contact us for further details.
Do you supply second-hand or aftermarket parts?
We supply new, genuine parts but can also offer aftermarket alternatives to many of these parts.
I don't have the VIN number of my vehicle to hand. Will the year and model be enough to identify parts?
In most cases we will need a VIN number to look up parts for your vehicle. If you send an enquiry through without a VIN, or with an incorrect VIN, we will try to find the parts you are looking for, but we will not be responsible for incorrectly identified parts.
Do you supply car batteries?
Yes. We supply batteries for most GM vehicles.
I have a GM engine in my boat. Can you supply parts for it?
In most cases we cannot supply parts for these engines. Our catalogue works by identifying the vehicle rather than the engine, which means we can only look parts up if you know exactly what year and model vehicle the engine is out of. Alternatively, try calling the company who supplied the boat/engine and see if they have GM part number listings. If so, we can look up parts that way.
What if my part is incorrect or arrives damaged?
Damaged Parts: All parts should be checked for damage on delivery. Parts registered as damaged within 24 hours (one working day) will be replaced free of charge.
Please Note: Windows and body panels must be checked for damage before they are signed for as they cannot be claimed afterwards. If they are damaged, you must either refuse the delivery, or sign for it as damaged.
Incorrect Parts: If incorrect parts have been ordered due to an incorrect VIN number, or because a VIN number was not supplied, they will be handled as a regular return. See our 'Returns' section below. Where incorrect parts are supplied and we are at fault, we will replace the part and cover any additional postage/courier charges. If the correct part is a different price to the part you have been supplied, we will inform you of the difference and you can decide whether to proceed with the order.
What if I change my mind and want to cancel/return a part I have ordered?
When you place your order, you will be informed whether the item is a stock item or a special order item. Stock items can be returned to us for refund, however you must inform us of your intention to do this within 7 days of receiving the item and the part must be kept in an 'as-new' condition. You must also cover the cost of returning the part(s) to us, and a 10% restocking fee. Please Note: Electronic modules will not be considered 'as-new' if the packaging has been opened. We order all of our parts from the GM warehouse in Europe. The overseas shipping costs mean we cannot give refunds on special order items.
Will I have to pay any import duty, tax or shipping?
All parts are supplied through our UK based Parts Department so all international shipping, taxes and duties are included in the price of the part. The only additional cost will be the cost of getting the part from us to you.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, international order are very welcome. When enquiring about parts, please include your country (and postal/zip code if applicable) so we can give you an accurate shipping quote. Please Note: We are often not able to perform security checks on credit cards from overseas. If this is the case, we will only accept payment by direct bank transfer.
Can you deliver parts to my work address, or to an address that is not the registered card address?
Each order is handled on a case by case basis, but we reserve the right to refuse delivery of parts to an address that is not the registered card address. You will be contacted if this is the case.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept credit/debit card payments online or over the phone. Cheques must clear before parts will be released. In the case of special order parts, we reserve the right to delay ordering parts until funds have cleared. Cash is accepted over the counter if you come and collect your part(s). Bank transfers are accepted, but funds must clear before parts are despatched. Cash on Delivery is not available.
